1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User," "Player," or "you") and pub705 (the "Company," "we," "us," or "our"), a gaming operator licensed and regulated by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR") under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

By accessing the pub705 website located at pub705.cam (the "Website"), downloading the pub705 mobile application (the "App"), creating a pub705 account, or using any of our gaming services (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease using the Services and close your account. Continued use of pub705 after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Agreement.

2. Eligibility Requirements

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pub705 username, password, and any other login credentials. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account when available.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party, including friends, family members, or individuals claiming to represent pub705.
• Log out of your account after each session, especially when accessing pub705 from a shared or public device.
• Immediately notify pub705 customer support if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or any security breach.

pub705 is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to comply with account security requirements. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have provided timely notice of unauthorized access.

3.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

As a PAGCOR-licensed operator, pub705 is required by law to implement Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures to prevent fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. You agree to provide the following documents upon request:

• A clear, legible copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (PhilSys National ID, Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, GSIS ID, or PRC ID).

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Transactions

pub705 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and direct bank transfers from Philippine banks including BDO, BPI, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other supported institutions. All deposits are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Pesos (₱100.00).

Deposits are credited to your pub705 account balance immediately upon successful payment confirmation. pub705 does not charge deposit processing fees, though your payment provider or bank may impose their own transaction fees.

You warrant that all funds deposited into your pub705 account are legally obtained and are not derived from any criminal activity. pub705 reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to refuse or reverse any deposit that is suspected to be connected to money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the pub705 cashier interface. The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Pesos (₱200.00). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

Standard withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• GCash and PayMaya: 15 to 30 minutes during business hours; up to 2 hours during peak periods or weekends.
• Bank Transfer: 1 to 3 business days, depending on the receiving bank's processing schedule.

You acknowledge that all withdrawal requests are subject to review and approval by pub705's finance and compliance teams. In the event of a dispute, pub705's decision is final, subject to appeal through PAGCOR's dispute resolution process.

4.3 Bonus Wagering Requirements

All bonuses, promotions, free spins, and other incentives offered by pub705 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements as stated in the promotional materials. Bonuses are intended for recreational play and must be wagered a specified number of times (typically 20x to 40x the bonus amount) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

5.2 Betting Limits

5.3 Prohibited Gaming Practices

The following gaming practices are strictly prohibited on pub705 and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

6. Responsible Gaming

• Harassing, threatening, abusing, or defaming pub705 staff, other players, or any third parties through pub705's communication channels.
• Publishing, transmitting, or sharing any content through pub705 that is illegal, obscene, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Reproducing, copying, selling, reselling, or exploiting any portion of the pub705 platform, content, or intellectual property without prior written authorization.
• Registering accounts on behalf of third parties, acting as an agent for other bettors, or managing accounts for persons who are ineligible to hold an account directly.

pub705 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the appropriate Philippine authorities, including PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), and law enforcement agencies, without prior notice to the user concerned.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

8.1 Termination by pub705

pub705 reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You have breached any provision of this Agreement or any supplemental policy.
• We have reason to believe your account has been compromised or is being used fraudulently.
• You fail to complete required identity verification within the stipulated timeframe.
• You are found to be under 21 years of age or otherwise ineligible to hold an account.
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR directive, court order, or other legal obligation.
• Your account poses an unacceptable money laundering, fraud, or reputational risk to pub705.

In cases of termination due to your breach of this Agreement, pub705 reserves the right to forfeit all account balances, including pending bonus funds and associated winnings. In cases of involuntary closure not attributable to your fault, pub705 will return your verified balance less any applicable deductions in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

8.2 Voluntary Closure

You may close your pub705 account at any time by submitting a written request to our customer support team. Prior to account closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance. pub705 will process account closure requests within seven (7) business days, subject to completion of any pending identity verification or outstanding wagering requirements.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the pub705 platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, game graphics, text, software, sounds, and interface design (collectively, "Intellectual Property"), is owned by or licensed to pub705 and is protected by applicable Philippine intellectual property laws and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the pub705 platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. Nothing in this Agreement grants you any right, title, or interest in or to pub705's Intellectual Property beyond this limited license.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, pub705, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of business arising from your use of pub705.
• Any losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Any technical failures, service interruptions, or errors caused by third-party providers, network outages, or force majeure events.
• Any outcomes of gameplay, including losses sustained through games of chance or skill offered on the platform.

pub705's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under this Agreement shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to pub705 in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11. Amendments to This Agreement

pub705 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace this Agreement at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by posting a notice on the Website and/or sending an email to the address registered on your account at least seven (7) days before the amended terms take effect.

Your continued use of pub705 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must stop using the Services and close your account before the effective date of the changes.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming operators are incorporated herein by reference.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or your use of pub705, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally by contacting our customer support team. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to PAGCOR's dispute resolution process as the primary regulatory body, followed by the courts of competent jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines.
